I think the thing I most regret about being on a side street is being unable to go out and appreciate downtown night after a snowfall without being ready to hike through at least a half hour's worth of calf-deep snow before getting to a bus stop. :P
The plus side, though, is that I get to wear my TUKs for reasons other than dancing. Though the superglue I used as a stopgap measure for the bottom of the zipper unravelling eats at my ankles if I don't wear double socks. Sigh.
