For no good reason I was wide awake at 3 a.m. after having gone to bed at midnight. I didn't get back to sleep at all. Woohoo! Three hours sleep on a Monday morning. Pass the coffee.
All I can say is that is will start a dominoe effect... You'll be tired tonight and might think it a good idea to take an early nap. My suggestion ... get some (exhausting)physical exercise , eat a good dinner (turkey and warm milk .. follow up with an early night...
Kick this cycle before it ruins your whole week...
I've been down that path a few times. The other thing to avoid is using coffee to get through the evening. Nothing like being dog-tired and unable to sleep.
