What a terrific morning pick me up! Now the trick is to not picture this image while I'm on a call today. :-P Though breaking out into laughter is not too bad considering I once had a red neck call in upset about the charges on his card…
I started to gather info so I can look up his file and try to assist him.

May I have your name please Sir?"
"Mr. Anderson."

And just as I was pronouncing the last syllable of his name I realize that I was saying it as is I was Agent Smith from the Matrix. DOOP!
