My second steampunk top-hat for Elaine's store. This one is a larger size than the earlier one, the inside circumference is about 24 inches (61cm), equivalent to a USA 7 5/8 or UK 7 1/2. Best fits heads measuring between 23 3/4 inches to 24 1/4 inches (depends how angled you wear it).
